This course will enhance individual's self-awareness and self regulation by developing emotional intelligence. This program contains self-assessment pieces that are designed to tailor your learning to your respective industry and in the context of your leadership role. All sessions will be recorded, and materials will be provided for each module. This online program can be customized for your organization with the option of in-person delivery.

Work of Leaders approaches leadership as a one-to-many relationship, as opposed to the one-to-one relationship explored in Everything DiSC® Management. It focuses on tangible steps directed at leading a group or organization toward desired outcomes. Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders encourages leaders to understand their own leadership behaviors and how they impact their effectiveness. * This workshop requires participants to complete an online profile assessment. |

Problem Solving and Decision Making
Before we can solve any problem, we need to understand exactly what a problem is, and the steps needed to solve it. The course next focuses on The IDROP Problem-Solving Model which highlights five components of improving your problem solving competencies. You will learn how to use faction mapping, stakeholder analysis, and goal setting strategies. 1. Issue-Identifying real issues (versus gripes) 2. Discussion- Effectively framing the Issue using critical thinking 3. Recommendation- Identifying real world solutions 4. Obstacles- Identifying real or perceived barriers 5. Proponent- Identifying who can fix the problem |
